Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a bug and a change request?
A bug is the work not doing what the specification says. A change is the client wanting it to do something else. The clause draws that line.
How long should a bug fix warranty last?
Thirty to ninety days is typical. Long enough for real usage to surface problems, short enough that it doesn't become free maintenance.
