Are electronic signatures on Clinch legally binding?
Yes, for standard business contracts under ESIGN (US) and eIDAS (EU). See our legality page for details.
Do you ever touch the money?
No. Deposits go straight to your own payment link or your own connected Stripe account — Clinch never holds funds.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account settings — no contracts, ironically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: within 14 days of your first payment (or of buying a Pro Pass) we refund in full, just email us. After that, cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I pay once without a subscription?
Yes: the Pro Pass is $149 for 12 months of Pro in a single payment, by card, with no auto-renewal. Buying another before it ends adds 12 more months.
How is this different from DocuSign?
