Zapier + Clinch: e-signature in your Zaps

Three recipes

• When a Typeform is submitted, send a contract

  Typeform trigger → Webhooks by Zapier POST to /api/v1/documents with a template and the client's name and email from the form. The client gets the signing link by email.

• When a contract is signed, create the project

  Catch Hook on contract.signed → create a Trello card, Asana project or Notion page with the client name and signed date.

• When an invoice is paid, update your books

  Catch Hook on invoice.paid → add a row to Google Sheets or record the payment in QuickBooks or Xero.

Set it up

1. In Clinch, open Settings → API and create a key (it starts with clk_).
2. To send contracts: add the action Webhooks by Zapier → POST (or Custom Request), URL https://clinch.lumnika.com/api/v1/documents, header Authorization: Bearer <your key>, and a JSON body with title, template (or text) and signers.
3. To react to events: add the trigger Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook, copy its URL and paste it in Clinch under Settings → Integrations, then pick the events.
4. Click Send test in Clinch, then Test trigger in Zapier to see the fields. Map them and turn the Zap on.
