Make + Clinch: contracts that send themselves

Three recipes

• When a deal is won in your CRM, send the contract

  Pipedrive or HubSpot "deal won" → HTTP "Make a request" to /api/v1/documents with the client as signer. The contract goes out for signature in the same call.

• When a lead fills in your form, add it to Airtable

  Custom webhook on inquiry.created → create an Airtable record with name, email, budget and project type.

• When a contract is signed, alert the team and plan the kickoff

  Custom webhook on contract.signed → post to Slack and create a Google Calendar event for the kickoff call.

Set it up

1. In Clinch, open Settings → API and create a key.
2. To send contracts: add HTTP → Make a request, method POST, URL https://clinch.lumnika.com/api/v1/documents, header Authorization: Bearer <your key>, body type JSON with title, template (or text) and signers.
3. To react to events: add Webhooks → Custom webhook, copy its address and paste it in Clinch under Settings → Integrations.
4. Click Send test in Clinch so Make learns the data structure, then connect the next modules and switch the scenario on.
