Activepieces + Clinch: open-source automation for your contracts

Three recipes

• When a Google Form is submitted, send a contract

  Google Forms trigger → HTTP piece POST /api/v1/documents with a template and the respondent as signer.

• When a call is booked, prepare the meeting

  Webhook on booking.created → create a Zoom meeting and email the client a prep checklist.

• When an invoice is paid, thank the client

  Webhook on invoice.paid → send a thank-you email and add the amount to your revenue sheet.

Set it up

1. In Clinch, open Settings → API and create a key.
2. To send contracts: add the HTTP piece, method POST, URL https://clinch.lumnika.com/api/v1/documents, header Authorization: Bearer <your key>, JSON body with title, template (or text) and signers.
3. To react to events: start a flow with the Webhook trigger, copy its URL and paste it in Clinch under Settings → Integrations.
4. Click Send test in Clinch, check the sample data in Activepieces and publish the flow.
