Cancellation clause: copy and adapt
Either party may cancel this project with written notice. If the Client cancels, the Client pays for all work completed to the date of cancellation at the agreed rate, plus any non-cancellable expenses, and the deposit is retained. If the Provider cancels for reasons other than the Client's breach, the Provider refunds any amount paid for work not yet performed.
