Statement of Work (SOW) Template

A Statement of Work (SOW) itemizes exactly what's being delivered, on what schedule, and what 'done' means for each milestone — useful on its own for a single defined project, or as an attachment to a broader master agreement. This template includes explicit acceptance criteria (so there's no argument about whether a deliverable meets spec) alongside milestone-based payment, IP handoff, and confidentiality. A precise fit for agencies and freelancers who scope work in discrete, billable phases.
