Frequently asked questions

Can a non-disparagement clause stop honest reviews?

In the US, the Consumer Review Fairness Act bans clauses that stop consumers from posting honest reviews. Between businesses, keep it narrow and mutual.

Should it be mutual?

Yes. A one-way clause protects only the client; a mutual one also stops them from trashing your work publicly.
