Frequently asked questions
Is a non-solicitation clause enforceable?
Generally more than a non-compete, especially with a reasonable duration and a placement fee.
Non-solicit vs non-compete?
Non-solicit stops poaching people or customers; non-compete stops working in a field. Freelancers should accept the first far more readily.
