How to add it
- Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new, then paste and save at the bottom.
- Outlook (web and new Outlook): Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature, paste and save.
- Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures → +, paste, and untick "Always match my default message font".
- If an app strips the formatting, paste the HTML source instead (Outlook desktop: save it as an .htm file in the Signatures folder).

What makes a good freelancer email signature
Keep it short: name, what you do, one or two ways to reach you and a single clear next step. Images often get blocked, so the signature should still read well without the photo. A button to book a call or pay an invoice turns every email into a shortcut to getting hired or paid.

Is this email signature generator free?
Yes, fully free with no sign-up. Everything runs in your browser and nothing you type is stored.
Will it work in Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. The signature is built with tables and inline styles, the format Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail keep when you paste it.
Why doesn't my photo show?
The photo must be a public image URL (for example from your website or LinkedIn). Some email apps block images until the recipient allows them, which is why the signature works without it too.
Can I remove the "Sent with" line?
Yes, untick the box above the preview. It's optional and helps us keep the tool free.
What should the booking and payment buttons link to?
Any booking page (Calendly, Cal.com, your Clinch booking page) and any payment link (Stripe, PayPal, a Clinch payment link). Leave them empty to hide the buttons.
